The product

LovePass is a personalized digital pass made for Apple Wallet. Each purchase is a one-time payment for one customized pass, or two matching passes when the optional Couple Pack is selected before payment.

Payment and delivery

Payments are securely processed by SumUp. Your download becomes available after SumUp confirms payment.

Your customization

You are responsible for the names, date, and photo you upload. Only use a photo you have permission to use.

Refunds and support

Because the product is personalized and delivered immediately, statutory withdrawal exceptions may apply. Contact us if your pass cannot be delivered or added to Wallet.

Before launch: have these terms reviewed and completed with the seller’s legal name, address, contact details, and the law that governs the sale.
